We are working on receiving invoices from Poland’s KSeF system, reviewing them and linking them to a customer, supplier and project. Our aim is to make costs, due dates and payments easier to follow.
KSeF support is in development and testing. The screenshot shows sample documents, not a connection to a real company account.

When can I use Kaldrix?
We plan to offer first access on December 1, 2026. We are using the extra time to simplify the app and test it. This is a planned date and may change.
Are these real app screens?
Yes. They come from the app in development running on demo data. Projects, prices and invoices are examples, not commercial offers.
Will Kaldrix work on a phone?
We are improving phone use, especially for checking information and documents during the day. A larger screen will be more comfortable for precise drawing and detailed estimates.
Does Kaldrix replace a designer or accounting?
No. It helps with planning, estimating and organising information. It does not replace a construction design, qualified professionals or accounting services.
Does joining the waitlist create a commitment?
Joining is free. You will receive launch news and important updates. You are not buying a subscription, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
