This policy explains what data we process on kaldrix.pl when you use the website, join the waitlist, email us or consent to analytics.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Soft-Yoo Piotr Kosmala, registered address: ul. Malechowska 10, 78-111 Sianożęty, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP): 6711769643. The business operates kaldrix.pl. For privacy matters, email [email protected].
We have not appointed a data protection officer. For all personal data matters, contact the controller directly using the email address above.
2. Data we process
- Email address voluntarily provided when joining the waitlist.
- Correspondence data, such as your email address, message and any details you choose to include.
- Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, request date and time, and visited URL, processed in server logs.
- Local preferences, such as selected language and cookie decision, stored in your browser.
- Analytics data from Google Analytics, only if you consent to analytics.

4. Newsletter and waitlist
Joining the newsletter is voluntary and free. We use your email address only to send Kaldrix launch information and important project updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting [email protected].
Providing your email address is voluntary, but we cannot add you to the list without it. Your consent covers commercial information sent to that address under Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Cookies, localStorage and Google Analytics
The website uses essential local settings and, after your consent, Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded before you click the accept button in the cookie banner. Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law is the basis for storing or reading information on your device.

You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting website data in your browser or using the button below. Withdrawal stops further analytics and removes available Google Analytics cookies from the kaldrix.pl domain. After refreshing the page, the cookie banner will appear again.
6. Data recipients
Data may be shared only with providers that help us operate the website:
- hosting, infrastructure and security providers,
- newsletter and waitlist providers,
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC for Google Analytics, if you consent,
- legal, accounting or technical advisors where necessary to protect our rights,
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers, especially Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions or another safeguard allowed by the GDPR. 8. Retention period
- Newsletter data is stored until you withdraw consent, unsubscribe or the purpose of launch communication ends.
- Information needed to demonstrate that consent was given or withdrawn may be retained until the limitation period for claims expires or related proceedings end.
- Correspondence is stored until the matter is closed and then for the period needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Technical data and logs are stored for the period needed for security and incident handling, then deleted or anonymised.
- User and event data in Google Analytics is retained for no longer than 14 months. Aggregated reports that are not used to identify a user may be kept for longer.
- Browser preferences remain until you delete them or reset consent.
9. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- delete your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We will respond without undue delay, generally within one month. Where justified, the GDPR permits an extension, and we will tell you the reason.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland: uodo.gov.pl, or with the competent supervisory authority in another EU or EEA country, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement took place.
10. Data source and automated decision-making
We receive data directly from you or from your device when you use the website. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, especially if website features, technology providers or data scope change. Changes apply for the future. If a change materially affects how Newsletter data is used, we will notify subscribers by email where required or justified. The current version is always available on this page.
