3. Nature of the Website
The Website is currently informational and announces the Kaldrix platform being developed for people planning, designing and managing home construction. As of the publication date of these Terms, the Website does not enable user accounts, orders or payments.
Kaldrix is an auxiliary tool. Information, visualisations and future calculations must be checked before they are used on a construction site. The Website does not replace a construction design, required approvals, administrative decisions or work performed by a properly qualified professional.
The planned date for initial platform access is October 1, 2026. This date is an estimate and may change after product testing.
Information presented on the Website is not an offer within the meaning of Polish civil law, legal advice, construction advice or a guarantee that future functions will be available.
These Terms cover only the current informational Website, Newsletter and Waitlist. Separate or updated terms will be provided before user accounts, payments or the full application become available.
4. Electronically supplied services
The Website provides the following free electronic services:
- displaying informational content,
- the Newsletter and Waitlist signup form,
- contact through an email link.
Website browsing starts when you enter the Website and ends when you leave it. The Newsletter service agreement is free, has no fixed end date and is concluded when the Website confirms your signup after form submission. It ends when you unsubscribe or request deletion of your address.
5. Technical requirements
To use the Website, you need:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled,
- an active email address if you want to join the Newsletter.
6. Newsletter and Waitlist
Newsletter signup is voluntary and free. By providing your email address and selecting the consent box, you confirm that you are entitled to use that address and consent to receiving Kaldrix launch information and important project updates. This consent covers commercial information sent to the address under Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at [email protected].
There is no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect when successfully submitted. A consumer may also withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of signup, without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to our email address. No specific form is required. Regular unsubscribe is always available, free of charge, and ends the service.
Optional withdrawal wording: “I hereby withdraw from the Newsletter agreement concluded on [date] for [email address]”. Send it to [email protected].
The Service Provider may end the Newsletter with at least 14 days' notice by email. It may end the service immediately if a User provided another person's address without permission, breaches law or Website security, or further provision of the service is prohibited by law.
7. Rules of use
Users agree to:
- use the Website in accordance with law, these Terms and good practices,
- provide true data in forms,
- not transmit unlawful, offensive or third-party-rights-infringing content, or content disrupting the Website,
- not attempt to access protected parts of the Website or data without permission.
8. Intellectual property
Content available on the Website, including texts, trademarks, logos, layout, icons, graphics and promotional materials, is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Using the Website does not transfer any rights to these materials. Copying or distributing Website materials requires our consent unless permitted by law.
9. Liability and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website working properly and to provide current information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all announced functions will be implemented within the described timeline or scope.
Users should check information and future calculation results before making construction or financial decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for loss caused solely by incorrect data provided by the User or use contrary to law, these Terms or the Website's intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Complaints
Complaints about the Website or Newsletter may be submitted to [email protected].
A complaint should include a description of the issue and an email address for our response. We will respond within 14 days of receipt.
Consumers may obtain free assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and learn about out-of-court dispute resolution at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. The Service Provider's participation in an out-of-court procedure is voluntary and requires both parties' agreement after a dispute arises. Complaints and out-of-court assistance do not limit the right to go to court.
11. Privacy and cookies
Personal data, cookies and Google Analytics rules are described in the Privacy Policy.
Analytics is enabled only after consent under Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Declining analytics does not limit access to the Website or the waitlist.
12. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be changed only for an important reason: a change in law, a decision of a competent authority, a change to the scope of free services, a security requirement, or the need to correct errors or unclear wording. Changes apply only for the future and do not affect rights already acquired by Users.
We will notify subscribed Users by email at least 14 days before a change affecting the Newsletter takes effect, unless an earlier change is required by law or an urgent security risk. Users may unsubscribe before the change takes effect. The current version is always available on this page.
13. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not regulated here are governed by applicable law, in particular the Polish Civil Code, the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Polish Electronic Communications Law and applicable consumer law.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court determined under applicable law. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of inconsistencies, the Polish version applies to the extent permitted by law. Choosing Polish law does not deprive a consumer living in another EU or EEA country of mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence.
