What the current website provides
The website presents Kaldrix for construction businesses and people building or renovating a home and links to the application. Public registration covers personal and construction company accounts. Before creating an account, read the application terms and application privacy policy.
Payments are disabled at launch. New personal and company accounts normally receive a 14-day free trial from account creation. A platform administrator may grant further access under the application terms. Browsing this website or an earlier newsletter subscription does not order a paid service. A paid offer requires separate terms and your informed order.
Screenshots contain demonstration data. Projects, prices in documents, offers and invoices shown are examples. They are not offers to perform construction work or sell materials. Product appearance and scope may change.
Website information helps you understand the product. It does not replace a construction design, required approvals, administrative decisions or the assessment of a qualified professional.
Free services and entering a contract
You can read the website and contact us at the listed email address free of charge. Browsing ends when you leave the website. New newsletter subscriptions are currently unavailable.
Earlier subscriptions and consents remain limited to the terms accepted when subscribing. Launching the application does not expand that consent or create a new order. You retain the right to unsubscribe and the other rights described below.

Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the newsletter contract within 14 days of entering it, without giving a reason and without charge. To meet the deadline, send a withdrawal statement before it expires to [email protected] or the provider's registered address.
A clear message is sufficient, for example: “I withdraw from the Kaldrix newsletter contract.” Identify the subscribed email address so that we can end the correct service. No particular form is required. After withdrawal, the contract is treated as not entered into. Ordinary unsubscribing remains available at any time.
Optional withdrawal form
You can copy this form into an email or letter. When you withdraw by email, we do not require your name, postal address or subscription date if you provide the email address that identifies your subscription. Using this form is not a condition of withdrawal or ordinary unsubscribing.

These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to the conformity of digital content or services with the contract where applicable.
Use of the website and rights to content
Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not submit unlawful content, provide someone else's address without permission, disrupt the website or try to access protected data.
Website text, marks, graphics and other materials may be protected by copyright or other rights. Using the website does not transfer those rights. You may use materials as permitted by law; other uses require the rights holder's permission.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the website functioning correctly and its information up to date. Interruptions may be needed for maintenance or resolving faults. If you encounter a problem, you can make a complaint.
The provider's liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Complaints and help with disputes

Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for an important reason: changes in law, a competent authority's decision, changes to free services, security needs, or correcting errors or unclear wording. Changes apply for the future and do not affect acquired rights.

Applicable law and disputes
Polish law applies, including the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Electronic Communications Law and relevant consumer law. Choosing Polish law does not deprive a consumer of protection under rules that cannot be excluded by contract in the country of their habitual residence. The competent court is determined by applicable law.
