What the application does
Kaldrix helps you manage your own build or your construction company's work. Within the available features, you can create projects, 2D plans and 3D models, prepare measurements and estimates, organise tasks, documents and materials, and work with people you invite. Available features and limits are shown in the application.
Check calculations and assistant suggestions before using them. Kaldrix does not replace a construction design, checks on site or a decision by a person with the required qualifications. This does not limit the provider's liability under applicable law.
Personal accounts, companies and a shared sign-in
Public registration offers personal and company accounts. A personal account is for your own use. You must be authorised to represent a company when acting on its behalf. Provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
One sign-in can give access to more than one account or company. Each company's data remains separate. Team members' access depends on their invitation and permissions. The person managing a company is responsible for choosing its members and their permissions.
Protect your password and security codes. Do not share your sign-in with other people. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your security settings, check active sessions and contact us.
Registration and the contract
We provide these terms and the application privacy policy before registration. You can read them without signing in and print or save them. Accepting the terms is required to register. The privacy policy explains data use; it is not consent to any use of your data.
The application contract is concluded when registration is complete and your account is made available. Confirm your email address if the registration process requires it. Invited people receive access within the scope of their invitation.
Free trial and the end of editing access
New personal and company accounts receive a 14-day free trial from account creation by default. Check the end date and available limits in the application. Payments are disabled at launch; these terms do not place an order for a paid subscription.
When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only. You can view saved data, but cannot continue editing where active access is required. The end of the trial alone does not delete your account or data.
Contact us to request longer free access. The provider can grant an extension through the administration panel. Access does not automatically extend for further periods. Any future paid offer requires separate terms and your informed order.
What you need and what your device stores
The web application needs an internet connection, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript, and storage needed for sign-in and settings. You also need access to your email address. Larger 3D models require a device and browser that support 3D graphics.
The application stores sign-in data, view settings and selected supporting data on your device. Blocking this storage may prevent sign-in or saving settings. Device notifications require separate permission in your browser. Some features need an internet connection.
Internet use carries risks such as stolen sign-in details, harmful files and fraudulent messages. Keep your device updated, check the website address and avoid suspicious attachments.
Your data and acceptable use
You keep rights to content you add. You make it available to us as needed to store, display and process it through the feature you choose, and to share it with people you select. Using Kaldrix does not transfer ownership of your documents or projects to us.
Only add content you have the right to use. Do not add unlawful content, harmful software or other people's data without an appropriate basis. Do not bypass permissions, try to obtain other people's data or disrupt the application. Application permissions do not replace a lawful basis for using personal data.
Before connecting an external service or sharing a project, check the scope and recipients. The external service may have its own terms. A Kaldrix account does not grant rights to other people's materials or the Kaldrix marks beyond what the law allows.
Leaving and deleting data
You can stop using the application and request account deletion in settings or by contacting us. The company owner in the application can request deletion of its data. The application distinguishes deletion of one company from deletion of your entire sign-in account.
Check the scope and date before confirming. For delayed deletion, the standard cancellation period is 7 days; you can also choose deletion without this period where available. Deletion starts according to your confirmed choice and covers data belonging to the account or company being deleted. Completing all stages may take time. Do not confirm deletion if you still need that data.
Deleting one company alone does not delete your shared sign-in or other companies' data. Deleting your account does not delete companies owned by other people. The privacy policy explains retention after deletion; we keep data where the law requires it.
Problems and complaints
Send complaints to [email protected] or write to the provider's address. Describe the problem, when it happened and what you request. Provide details that let us reply and find the matter. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
We reply to consumer complaints within 14 days of receiving them unless a specific law provides otherwise. You receive the reply on paper or another durable medium. Statutory remedies, including remedies for a digital service's conformity with the contract, remain available. This also applies to business users entitled to consumer protection to the extent granted by law.
Consumer withdrawal
If you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may do so without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it. Send a statement by email or post to the provider's address above. Sending it before the 14-day period ends is enough to meet the deadline. No particular form is required.
You may write: “I withdraw from my contract to use the Kaldrix application, concluded on … . Account email: … . Full name: … . Date: …”. Add your signature for a paper letter. Where the law provides, this right also covers an individual running a business when the contract is not professional in nature. The trial and the statutory withdrawal right are separate. These terms do not require you to waive that right.
Changes and your rights
If we propose changes to your account terms, we will provide their wording, reason, effective date and available rights before applying them, as required by law. Publishing a new page alone does not mean you accept a paid service or lose acquired rights. Important information about your contract is sent to the email address linked to your account.
Polish law applies, subject to your mandatory rights. Consumers retain mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. The competent court is determined by law. You may seek help from a consumer ombudsman and find information at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Out-of-court proceedings require a legal basis or the parties' agreement.
